Overview license models
You can choose between two license models:
Free of charge with attribution
You may use and modify the document free of charge for your own business purposes, provided you keep the logos and author information in the header and footer. Simply download the document and get started. Note: To be able to edit the document, you may have to unlock it (instructions for Word). You will receive the necessary password when you subscribe to my newsletter.
For a fee as White Label
You pay a one-time usage fee depending on the size of the company. You may then use and modify the document for the specified company and may also delete logos and author information.
Terms of use: "Free of charge with attribution".
- You may use the document for your own business purposes.
- You can change the document.
- If you are a service provider (e.g. lawyer, data protection officer, consultant), you may also change the document and make it available to your customers.
- You do not have to pay any royalties or other remuneration.
- Your right of use is simple (i.e. not exclusive), worldwide and unlimited in time.
- Publication (e.g. making available on the Internet, printing in a book or inclusion in a presentation) and distribution or sale as samples or templates are only permitted with my prior written consent.
- Attribution: You must leave the logo and the reference to the author as well as the links to my homepage in the header and footer of the document unchanged. This also applies if you change the content of the document or only use excerpts. If you make the (changed) document available to your customers, you must oblige them accordingly.
- If you do not wish to be credited, you may purchase a license to use the software without crediting your name (see the following terms and conditions of use "Paid as White Label").

- You pay a one-time usage fee for the document, depending on the number of employees in your company.
- You may use the document as described above under "Free of charge with attribution", but the obligation to attribution does not apply.
- The permission to use only applies to the company specified in the license. If the document is to be used by several companies, you must purchase a license for each company. This also applies if you make the document available to several customers as a consultant.
