Form/Checklist - Preparation of Privacy Notices for Websites (Privacy Notices, Privacy Policy)

Prepare Data Protection Notices/Policies for Websites

Website operators must inform users in detail about the handling of personal data (so-called data protection noticies, data protection policies or privacy policy), Art. 13 and 14 GDPR. Many aspects have to be considered, e.g. tracking tools, server log files, plugins, newsletter order forms, cookies, order processes, input forms and much more.

My form for collecting information on website content helps to query all aspects relevant for the creation of data protection notices in order to then write individual and tailor-made notices. The form also serves as a checklist.
